Mike O’Brien is Living Hope’s Interim Worship Director. Mike has served as a worship pastor, speaker, record producer and songwriter for over two decades. For over 18 years he served one church (VCC Marietta GA) training up hundreds of worship leaders and musicians. He holds a degree in music from Kennesaw State University and a Masters of Worship Studies from the Webber Institute of Worship.  He is currently serving the church at large in worship team training and worship leader mentoring. Mike, his wife Susan and their son Ezekiel live in Acworth GA. 

 

His favorite Bible verse is Matthew 5:23-24: "Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you,  leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to your brother; then come and offer your gift.”
