Please include any allergies each child has. Please also include children each of your children wishes to be grouped with if they have friends attending. Once you click submit, you will be directed to payment information for registration and any additional items (t-shirts or cds) you wish to purchase. Required registration is $15 per child with cap of $50 per family. Optional purchases include children's t-shirt sizes for $5 each; adult t-shirt sizes for $10 each; and CDs for $10 each.
